Abegail B. Tongalag Founder
VAi Abby Acadgency was born from Abegail's personal experience in the virtual assistance industry and her belief that meaningful work opportunities should be accessible to more people.
Having experienced the opportunities and challenges of remote work firsthand, she envisioned building an agency that connects businesses with dependable talent while helping individuals develop skills, find remote employment, and build sustainable careers.
Her goal goes beyond providing staffing and outsourcing services. She wants to create an environment where people are respected, fairly compensated, supported, and given opportunities to grow—while businesses receive the reliable support they need to succeed.
Her vision is to grow VAi Abby Acadgency into a globally recognized organization, connecting talented people with businesses worldwide and becoming a trusted partner in outsourcing, staffing, and workforce development.
